I have tried too many whitening products including previous versions of Crest White Strips. The 3d Advanced Seal is by far the best adhesive out of strips I have tried. These actually stayed put and stayed on my teeth, not moving all over and having me in fear of opening my mouth to even speak.

I only needed to use these for a week to see great results but my teeth aren’t overly discolored to begin with.

All whitening products hurt my sensitive teeth and sadly these were no exception. Perhaps the issue is with my teeth not the products.

I own a 3yr old gelding, and am unable to ride him...he likes to buck,what can I do with him?
He has been through extensive training to get the buck out of him, I first thought he bucked do to a sore back, he is sound and the vet said he is not in enough pain to warrant such behavior. He does advanced chiropractic fine in the round pen with a saddle on, listens to voice commands, walk, trot , canter, and whoa...After 4mos. of ground work, accupuncture, deep muscle massage and chiropractic work...I am still not able to ride him. I don't want to put him down, like I have been advised, If there is a bronc rider out there he will submit if you can stay on him, I can not...I am an intermediate to advance hunter jumper, sooo it's not as if I am inexperienced on the back of a horse. He has a great bloodline and is a beautiful mover....any bronc riders out there??? or other suggestions....thanks...

      I purchased the ball chair a few months ago and am excited to use it. The only signficant downfall is that ALL FOUR wheels are LOCKING wheels. So in your daily routine of getting up sitting down, inevitably your foot hits one of the tabs and ‘locks’ the wheels. Leaving you potentially trapped OR having to fight against the locked wheel so that you can bend over again and again to unlock them.

      My solution – find an old chair in our ‘desk chair grave yard’ and switch out the wheels. Works GREAT now!!! Couldn’t be happier or with better posture!

This congestion can have an effect on one or more areas of the spine and put pressure on the spinal cord or on the nerves that extend out from the congested areas.

          Spinal stenosis symptoms include pain, cramping or numbness in legs, back, neck, shoulders or arms along with frequent loss of sensation in extremities and several occurrence of problems with bladder or bowel functions. Spinal stenosis is most commonly caused by osteoarthritis-related bone damage. Mild symptoms of spinal stenosis are often aided by pain relievers, physical therapy or a supportive brace.

          Spinal decompression therapy

          Spinal decompression therapy is a slow and therapeutic elongation of the spine which alleviates pressure on compressed vertebrae and discs. During decompression therapy the patient lies immobilized and relaxed on the spinal decompression table while the device applies decompression forces to the injured areas. When required, it is equipped with a safety switch that enables the patient to immediately stop the decompression forces.

              Almost 70 per cent of 10 Americans experience neck pain at some point in their lives. Stretching and strengthening exercises have long been considered a key component for keeping the neck strong and healthy.

              A Danish study published in 2007 demonstrated that women with neck pain who practiced specific strength training (SST) exercises for the neck and shoulder muscles experienced substantial pain relief.

              Neck pain is usually triggered by repetitive use or holding the neck and shoulders, in a poor position as a result of either stress or poor posture habits or both.

              There are many options to consider that can be done simply on your own:

              • Stretching exercises. An example are shoulder shrugs. With your arms at the side, breathe in slowly as you shrug shoulders up toward the ears, breathe out as you lower them to a relaxed position. This gentle, repetitive motion works the trapezius muscle in the back of the neck, relaxing this common site of tension. Head tilts also relieve muscle spasms in the neck and increase range of motion. Wrap your right arm around the left side of your head so your right hand is under your left ear. Gently stretch your head toward your right shoulder and count to 10. Repeat on the other side. Try to perform these exercises four to six times each during the day.

              • The Danish study focused on dumbbells. These consist of five exercises -- the arm row, shoulder abduction, shoulder elevation, reverse flies and upright upper back and neck pain row -- targeted toward strengthening the neck and shoulder muscles. Note, however, that in the study these exercises were performed under the close supervision of trainers. If you're interested in giving specific strength training exercises a try, you should contact a personal trainer to teach you how to correctly perform them.

              • Take breaks hourly. Long hours at the desk or computer can leave you achy and stiff. Take time once an hour to practice shrugs and head tilts, stretch the muscles and break up the tension. Also, change position frequently. These measures will pay off over the long run.

              • Stand (and sit) up straight at all times. Proper posture and alignment of the entire body is critical for ease and comfort in both the neck and back. While sitting, alignthe base of your spine to the top of your head, with shoulders slightly back and the lower back slightly curved out. While standing, adjust this slightly, now picturing a straight line through your body, into the ground beneath your feet. Place your feet shoulder width apart, bend knees slightly and find the place where you're neither leaning forward nor backward, but perfectly balanced, with head directly over your feet. If you are doing it correctly, you'll notice less tension in the neck and shoulders.

              • Fix your workspace. Little changes can be significant in reducing neck strain and pain. For example, make sure your computer monitor is at eye level... sit up straight with your feet resting comfortably flat on floor... use a desk with armrests that create an angle slightly greater than 90° for your arms.

              • Get a headset for your phone. Crooking the phone between your ear and shoulder in order to talk hands-free is one of the worst things you can do to your neck.

              • Try self-massage. You can give yourself a pretty good self-massage by putting two tennis balls in a long tube sock. Lie on your back on the floor, rolling these under your shoulder blades and upper back to massage the shoulder blades and break up muscle spasms in the upper back, which connects to the neck muscles.

              • Relieve neck pain with heat and cold. When your neck is sore, try a hot pack to soothe the pain... or try a cold pack... whichever feels better.

              The treatment of neck pain depends on correctly identifying and addressing its cause, since there are different solutions for muscle pain versus pain from pinched nerves, disk injuries, worn disks or prior trauma.

                      Middle Back pain diagnosis.?
                      I was doing squats and let the bar fall pretty low on my back and it caused some pain my in my shoulders and back. It affected the right side more.                       Normally the eardrum is airtight and watertight.                       Ear infections are one of the most common reasons parents take their children to the doctor. While there are different types of ear infections, the most common is called otitis media, which means an inflammation and infection of the middle ear. The middle ear is located just behind the eardrum.

                      Otitis media is inflammation of the middle ear. "Otitis" means inflammation of the ear, and "media" means middle. This inflammation often begins with infections that cause sore throats, colds or other respiratory problems, and spreads to the middle ear.                       Ear infections are common in infants and children in part because their eustachian tubes become clogged easily. For each ear, a eustachian tube runs from the middle ear to the back of the throat. Its purpose is to drain fluid and bacteria that normally occurs in the middle ear. If the eustachian tube becomes blocked, fluid can build up and become infected.
                      Diagnosis
                      In most cases, if someone is suffering from a cold or sore throat that suddenly gets worse, with ear pain and a fever, then the diagnosis is likely to be otitis media. It is still wise to see a doctor, as he will look into the ear with a special torch known as an otoscope, enabling him/her to see clearly if there is inflammation and/or infection.

                      There's no single best approach for treating all middle ear infections. In deciding how to manage your child's ear infection, a doctor will consider many factors, including:

                          What is a good way to treat a pinched nerve in my left leg caused by a back injury a year ago?
                          A year ago, I went hiking and injured a muscle in my left lower back. I put ice and heat on it thinking that it would go away (and not knowing yet what was causing the back pains) but it didn't. After a whole month, I tried acupuncture, which made it worse, and finally I went to the doctor who advised me to go for massage therapy. With massage therapy, I began to treatment for back injuries heal slowly, but not in a major way and I also received chiropractic treatment for 4 months, once a week first, then every other week. During this time, I occassionally felt pain in my left knee and ankle, but about 6 weeeks ago, while still receiving massage therapy every other week, the pain became chronic and now I feel tingling and numbness in my left leg and I can't take my regular 30 min walk without feeling pain and discomfort.The X rays of my back showed nothing really out of the ordinary(nothing wrong with my spinal cord) and the doctor suggests I go to physiotherapy and he also said I have a bit of a pinched nerve near where the muscle injury was. After all this therapy, I doubt physiotherapy would really help. Do I just listen to the doctor and go to physiotherapy or try acupuncture again? I stopped massage and chiropractic treament because I wasn't getting better in any major way. Please help.

                          (5) DeQuervain's Tendinitis

                          Symptons:

                          Pain, swelling, and tenderness at the wrist near the base of the thumb. Pain typically occurs at the left wrist at the top of the backswing.

                          Treatments:

                          Among the possible treatments are: Rest, medication, thumb spica splinting, therapy, cortisone, surgery.

                          Do:

                          Avoid excessive cocking of the left wrist at the top of the backswing.

                          Don't:

                              For its portability (i.e. size), it’s pretty indispensable. It’s smaller than a couple of tennis balls, so can easily fit in any overnight bag. Take it on trips and you’ll always have a bit of relief available to you if back pains start up. You can’t take your larger stay-at-home back devices, but you can take this. It doesn’t work as well as the larger devices, but is definitely better than nothing, especially when you’re away from home and desperate. I’m usually able to get a few cracks with it for a bit less relief than at home, but relief, nonetheless.

                              The thing is that, being wood, it’s awfully uncomfortable. I’ve read that discomfort with similar devices often goes away after the first few uses, but it hasn’t for me with this device. It’s about as comfortable as lying on sculpted wood sounds. A similar product, the popular DaVinci Tool, is flexible and comes in hard and soft forms and sounds like a more comfortable device for achieving a similar result at a similar size. It’s a bit more expensive, but I’m thinking of buying one eventually and kind of wish that I had in the first place. So, while this device does the job and is a good size at a good price, you may want to consider paying a bit more for a device that you’ll be more “comfortable” with, pun intended. If you don’t mind compromising comfort for price, though, this’ll do ok.

I've tried over-the-counter remedies such as GAS-X or Beano, and they don't help. These attacks usually occur after I eat peanuts, peanut products, or beans. The lower back pain is so severe I can't go to work, I can't exercise, I usually stay in bed with a heat pad. I was once told I have diverticulosis. I need help with this pain. I then had to go see a gastroenterologist, besides my normal orthopedic doctor, i then received Tagament, Peptcin something and Famotidine now i also always had a bottle of tums and the pink stuff peto bismol to fight the late night indigestion. 90 days or so after i was on all this stuff for my stomach, and back and knee i cold not sleep. Imagine i now also have Insomnia and after weeks of virtually no sleep doctor prescribed Ambien a sleeping pill. What really shook me up was when my orthopedic doctor had me doing liver tests every 60 days to monitor my liver, I was told of the problems of anti-inflammatory but honestly I did not think they could be that serious. Now looking back and looking at the cocktail of medications i was on you can tell it would eventually get me. Well liver test in, doctor tells me i have to get off meds or risk permanent liver damage to the point i might need a liver transplant. I <b>...</b>
