This is a GREAT little tool for on the go. I go to school and study quite a bit, so my neck is always and forever getting knots in it. This little handy device can be taken on the go, such as in my school bag and i can use it in between classes! The only thing i’m not too crazy about is that it slips easily over clothing. It would be nice if you could have some sort of anti-slip end to it. Otherwise, NO complaints!

Did you know one of the biggest health issues plaguing office workers is lower back pain? Why would this condition most would attribute to lifting heavy objects be such a prominent condition among those working in an office environment? If you are sitting down reading this, look no further than right behind you. Office chairs are not designed to give proper support during use. They are designed to provide a place to sit, however uncomfortably, and at the least cost possible.
Your boss' big comfy chair is more suited to provide adequate support on those long days meeting with current or potential clients, reading through reports, or talking on the phone to a facilities manager in China for two hours. Something as simple as a lumbar pillow can make a world of difference to an old uncomfortable chair. For the same price as a weekend of breathing exercises and posture techniques you could have a permanent solution to a recurring problem. A well manufactured chair with a built-in lumbar support can turn a long, painful week behind a desk into a long, productive week behind a desk. I am sorry to say a new chair won't make the job any easier, but it will leave you feeling a little more rejuvenated by the time 5 o'clock rolls around.
Of course, one cannot rely on a lumbar support to fix all the problems inherent with slouching at a computer all day. The extra support acts more like a posture aide than a "fix-all". However, think about this: In order to keep correct posture, especially while sitting, your abdominals (along with other key core muscles) must tighten to hold you up. So, while you help minimize your lower back pain, you are also getting a pretty solid abdominal workout. Pretty good deal if you ask me, especially if you spend 4+ hours a day sitting at a desk. That's 20 hours a week you will spend doing mild abdominal and core exercises along with keeping your back straighter and healthier. Bet you wouldn't expect a six pack from crunching numbers all day would you?

I purchased this massage chair as a gift for my wife. It is a very attractive piece of furniture, made of high quality materials. The massage functions are comprehensive, and can be customized for whatever ache you are feeling. The controls offer several varieties of massage technique, massage width, and stretch controls. The leg/foot massage function is OK only. Overall, however, it adds to the experience of the chair.
The chair is big. You will need a fair amount of space for the auto recline and stretch functions. Also, their are some spots on the back that can’t be reached by the chair’s massage functions. Not a major defect, and I’m not sure that any other chair is better, but still requires a human massage every so often.

Do cross training ellipitcal machines cause lower back pain that spreads around the lower abdomen?
Just started working out after not working causes of lower back pain out for about 8 months. Only two days. But I have some pain in lower back and to the left and right of my belly. Back Pain Muscle Spasms are no fun. Back Pain is common cause of worry for many people. But it may be occurring because of any type injury to the back. I have really bad knees, and before getting the CHO-Pat patellar stabilizer, I used a regualar ten dollar one you get at target or something, and I ran on my treadmill, and for the next 3 weeks, I couldnt walk on my right leg. My right knee was so inflamed and swollen. My left knee was hurting a little bit but I could still put weight on it.
Then after my right knee healed, I got this CHO-pat stabilizer for the my right knee and ran for two days, and it didnt hurt anymore. But guess what,the second day I ran, my left knee started hurting cause I didnt get one for my left knee. I should have got one for my left knee too (but didnt cause its so expensive for just one strap.) So anyway, I just ordered one for my left knee five minutes ago. I am so overweight (35lbs) and either I use these straps or get an elliptical which I dont really like. I feel much more free on the treadmill, and if i can, running outside on the track….and I havenet been able to because of my knees.

Calf Pain in the Left Leg for more than 2 Months?
I have been having calf pain - along the the outer side of my left calf muscle for about two months. At first I feared a clot and my doctor ordered pain left leg an ultrasound of my left leg which came back negative in February and since then I have on and off pain. I wear heels at work and have to run up and down two flights of steps at work at least eight times (each way) daily. Could my leg pain be from the shoes I am wearing or perhaps lack of potassium (since I also wake with charley horses in just that leg randomly well).
At some point or another knee pain is something that most of us will experience. The knee joint much like the shoulder joint is a complicated and often problematic area for many. Veerasana: Stand straight,slowly slide left leg forward as much as possible. Turn to the left clasp both hands and raise way back and bend back your head. Breath deeply and slowly return back to the starting position in the reversse proceedure. Do this slowly not to lose balance.

If you are a vegetarian the only source of calcium for you is milk. If you take milk or milk products regularly, you do not need to take calcium also. I am a 26 yr old mother of 3. I always had decent health and no problems until the last year or so. I am having problems with my digestive system (constipation off and on) and issues with my urinary track (getting all the symptoms of UTI's, but tests come out negative. only thing they said was there was some blood in my urine and I had low potassium level). Now I have been dealing with off and on lower back pain which ranges from severe and debilitating to sore and annoying. Today the pain has been sore and annoying and I noticed that where the pain left side back pain symptoms was I have what feels like a big swolen lymph node inside my left lower back. I noticed a lump in there a few months ago, but it was smaller then. My primary doc is a ready care (have med access) and I quit going to my doctor about 5-6 months ago because I wasnt getting anywhere with them with my digestive and urinary issues (all they did was a simple x-ray, blood and urine tests, told me the x-ray showed I had some blockage, blood in urine test, and the low potassium thing. So they gave me laxative, tole me to go home and eat bananas, drink orange juice, and they would set me up with a specialist.... NEVER DID!). So if anyone has ever experienced this, or knows any possibilities as to what it may be, PLEASE let me know! If its something that I would really need to see a doctor immediatly I will try and get a better Doctor and get in. But I have been just putting it off because I am so discouraged and wore out from all the other doctor/ER visits in the past, as well as having a house of 5 to take care of and my husband has the vehicle every day til 6pm and will NOT take off work to take me to a doctor unless it is considered an emergency or potentially life threatening. Back pain, stomach pain, & chest pain... can these be symptoms of anything?
Starting from yesterday I began to get pain on the upper part of my stomach (about an inch or two above the belly button). pain back pain symptoms And then back pain started to appear in between the shoulder blades, began to hurt more after i woke up this morning. and the chest pain is like near the stomach pain and on my mid-left of my chest.
